Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before enrolling in any Total Brand Shoots plan.

Payment Terms
  • All plans require a single one-time payment upfront before the service begins.
  • Basic Plan — ₹14,000 one-time for 6 months of service.
  • Standard Plan — ₹22,000 one-time for 6 months of service.
  • Premium Plan — ₹40,000 one-time for 3 months of service.
  • All prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
  • Service begins only after full payment confirmation.
Contract Duration
  • Basic and Standard plans are valid for 6 months from the start date.
  • Premium plan is valid for 3 months from the start date.
  • The contract start date will be confirmed within 48 hours of payment.
  • Unused months cannot be carried forward or transferred.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations are not accepted once the service has started.
  • If cancelled within 48 hours of payment and before service start, a full refund will be issued.
  • No refunds will be provided after the service has commenced.
  • OG Shoots reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to cooperate or provide required brand materials.
Content Ownership
  • All content created by OG Shoots remains the intellectual property of OG Shoots until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to use the content for their brand.
  • OG Shoots reserves the right to use the content in its portfolio and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Deliverables & Timelines
  • Reels will be delivered within 3–5 working days of the shoot date.
  • The client must provide brand materials (logo, guidelines, references) within 5 days of contract start.
  • Delays caused by the client will not be compensated with additional deliverables.
  • Each reel includes up to 2 revision rounds. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
